This site was started out of frustration by one Peabody, MA resident who owns and lives in a condominium with second-hand smoke infiltrating their condominium unit by an inconsiderate next door neighbor cigarette smoker.

After numerous legal inquiries, city hall inquiries, court inquiries, research, investigation, and countless other resourses, I found no one willing to help resolve the issue of me being forced to inhale someone elses deadly second-hand cigarette smoke. Although there is a specific and precise Smoking Regulation on the books in Peabody, MA, no one seems to be willing to enforce it. 

The data regarding the devastating effects of tobacco smoke and second-hand tobacco smoke are included in my website. 

If someone chooses to smoke, that's up to them, but I do not want to smoke with them. If a person wants to smoke, then they must keep their deadly smoke in their residence, as I don't want the smoke in my home.

I therefore have moved forward with this website to possibly help other with the same issues, and so that I may learn of some resolve for my issue at hand.
